Putin has gone crazy, and can’t be controlled. There is fear that he will use nuclear weapons to try to win. Then we will be in WWIII.

I am pretty close to the end of my rope. The pain from my right hip just hangs on day after day. Most pills do not help. I take on that helps a little, but I am trying not to use it, because it is addictive.

I have an appointment coming up with a pain managing clinic. I will see what they can do for me. Meanwhile, I need to step up my doctor suggested exercises to strengthen my body for surgery.

I am going through Physical Therapy twice a week for a damaged right hip. It s very painful, and hard to do the exercises. I keep plowing into it though, because I know it is better for me. I will be having replacement in a few months.

I wish it could be done now, but the doctor is backed up pretty far.

We as soldiers know that as we get older the aches and pains come knocking at our door and wants to stay.

It is a fact of life, and we have to handle it like we are in the trenches fighting. Never give up!
