If we Have God on Our Side, Who can be Against us?

I am excited about the new increase in people signing up for my RSS feed. This has been a good week. I encourage you to do the same. With the RSS feed, you will know when ever I post and be able to read it instantly.

I am now posting more often on this site.

Especially about my latest book, ” Signs of Hope: Ways to Survive in an Unfriendly World.” It came out last October, and it is selling well. 

It reaches out to those who suffer from, Anxiety, fear, depression, addictions, self-doubt, hopelessness, etc.

Why do we spend so much of our days worrying about something that may never happen? I was very good at this many years ago. I would build up the pity party list of worries, and send out invitations to people to come and feel sorry for me.

I finally figured out that 99% of what we worry about never happens, and there other 01% should be turned over to God.

Stop wasting your live worrying. Spend more time enjoying your life knowing that God is there for you. If we have God on our side, who can be against us?

Finding Victory in the Jaws of defeat

The amazing ride we are having over at: www.dailysignsofhope.com, has been wonderful. Since June 9th, we have increased our RSS feed subscribers by nearly 4,000.

I remember the saying, “Victory in the jaws of defeat.” It was  a slogan for some sports program.

It is telling us that we never know when we may pull out a last minute victory.

Well…what about those of us who haven’t found that victory? What about you? Have you tried many time to claim victory, but the walls were to high, and many doors slammed in your face?

You certainly aren’t alone. I have talked to many people at my book signings who have faced depression, anxiety, fear, hopelessness, self-doubt, addictions, and many more demons they face each day.

Death has no Calendar

There is something big happening at my blog: www.dailysignsofhope.com  In just the last 24 hours 226 people have subscribed to the RSS feed for the site. It seems to be because of my post on Saturday 6-4-2011, called “It is Time to Put Out the Embers of Hate.” It has touched my people. If you have time, go there and see what all the fuss is about.

I am still battling ailments with my heart. I had a pacemaker check yesterday and they found that I’ve had a heart attack on February 15th. It is called “a silent attack,” because I didn’t know it happened. It had to have happened in my sleep.

It was on the moderate level. That means I am very lucky, with the grace of God, to be here typing right now.

I have had a few close calls with death since 2004, and each time I praise God for sparing me, and seek what He has in mind for me.

I know that He wants me to write, and I am doing that daily. I work hard at trying to reach out to people through this author site, and my blog. I also have a published book called, “Signs of Hope: Ways to Survive in an Unfriendly World.”

It is selling well, and you can take a look at it right here on this site. Just click on the “bookstore,” tab at the top of this page and you will see a description of the book, and a copy of the cover.
