It seems like more each day that Putin will use nuclear weapons. He is desperate to win his war in Ukraine. He is losing badly right now. The consensus is that if he does use the bomb, He is finished.
Other rumors have been popping up of a take over of his position by generals.

Seems he has a death wish at this time.
